Samsung Galaxy Home Mini 2 receives Bluetooth certification

We’ve heard a number of rumors about the new Samsung Galaxy Home Mini 2 smart speaker, and now it looks like the device is closed for launch.

The original Samsung Galaxy Home Mini was launched back in 2020 and there’s a new model on the way that will receive a number of upgrades.

The new version of the Galaxy Home Mini speaker recently received Bluetooth certification, the device was listed with the model number SM-V320 and it comes with Bluetooth 5.2. Like the previous model, the device comes with Samsung’s voice assistant Bixby.

So far, there are no details on what hardware and software upgrades this new Samsung Galaxy Home speaker will receive over the first-gen version.

We’ve already heard that Samsung Galaxy Unpacked will take place on February 9th, 2022. We expect to see the new Samsung Galaxy S22 smartphones and also the new Galaxy Tab S8 tablet range at this event. It looks like Samsung will also be unveiling some other new devices, including this new Galaxy Home Mini smart speaker.

We wonder if Samsung will offer its new Galaxy Home Mini smart speaker in a few bright colors as Apple recently did with its HomePod Mini.
