LATAM Payment Wallet AstroPay integrates crypto with BTC, BCH, LTC and ADA

AstroPay, a Latin America-based payments and e-wallet solution, announced that it has integrated crypto with a new buy and sell option apartment and web app. The AstroPay wallet supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and Cardano and can be purchased in local currencies available in each country or in USD.

Additionally, the service allows users to trade supported cryptocurrencies with no purchase, trading, transfer, or maintenance fees. With the addition, AstroPay intends to expand its business to a wider range of users. The option is now available in select emerging markets and will be rolled out further.

Mikael Lijtenstein, CEO of AstroPay

“With this offer, we want to serve younger users who, as digital natives, are more inclined to trade in cryptocurrencies. AstroPay has been working with cryptocurrencies for over two years and we have decided that now is the right time to offer our users the opportunity to trade these digital assets.”
Mikael Lijtenstein, CEO of Astropay

AstroPay is an easy-to-use payment solution and e-wallet with support for more than 200 payment methods worldwide and can be seamlessly added to an operator’s website. It is one of the largest payment processors in Latin America and Asia and is developing rapidly in Africa. The company has offices in the UK and Latin America with over 5 million users and 500 retailers.
